Users not recognized in Jira Automation

Berit Pearcy October 4, 2024

Within Jira automation, it is showing all users, except for me, as deleted users even user id's that are active. s is not the case for the rest of Jira, only in automation. Screenshot included. Have tried troubleshooting in different browsers and different equipment. No one on the team is seeing the same issue.

Hi @Berit Pearcy -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That appears to be the rule list, and that column is the rule owners.

Have you imported /migrated those rules from another site / instance where the original owners are different from your current site?

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi Bill - Thanks for responding! I have no imported or migrated those rules from another site / instance. I created those rules myself.

I've just joined a new Jira - it was fine for a week and all users were seen correctly

but several days ago it started to look corrupted like this and we are unable to find the fix.
