Hi,
Some users in my Jira do not receive emails - they used to have them in the past
The emails are not being sent, even though the users defined the notifications well and their email defined correctly.
We checked with our IT support, it is not blocked by the mail server, the emails are not sent at all
What can I do?

Some users, no all are not receiving any email - when they are mentioned in a comment, or when w ticket is being assigned to them.
Our IT checked the mail server - the emails are not sent at all to them. it not like it is blocked as a spam
The users are in the groups that are defined though...
i'm out of ideas
