Using Jira Cloud extension in Google Sheet

I used to be able to use Jira Cloud for Sheets extension. However, now it just keeps rotating and never loads. Can you please let me know what I am missing and how to fix it please?

check your internet connection, update your browser, clear the browser cache, verify Jira permissions, reinstall the extension, log out and back in, check for known issues, etc. If the problem persists, seek further support from Atlassian  by contacting experts in Jira directly  using
