Using Labels

Has anyone received an error when trying to create and use labels on their Jira board? I keep getting the message "Something's gone wrong. We couldn't update some of your issues. Try again."

In this case, the field Labels were not added to the screen.

If you are using a team-managed project, follow the steps of the documentation below:

In case it’s a company-managed one, please follow the steps below:

• Add a custom field to a screen
