Value of time remaining don't subtract from subtask (child) to story (parent) field

Hello!

Im using some fields in my issues and reporting in Tempo.

The structure is: we have a Story as a parent and inside of it a few Sub-task's. the developer users are charging the time.

I have a problem when the users are charging hours into the child (subtask) the remaining value (numeric right side) does not change, it just decreases the bar (photo)

If I deactivate the "Include Subtask" field, the bar don't update.

This is a problem, because when is generating a report in Tempo, the percentage is not real, like "100h estimated and 100 hours remaining (numeric)", and it show 50% when the real value in the reports are 100%.

It's hard to recommend anything specifically without understanding your setup better. Please reach out to us directly at our support portal. We'll look into your setup in more detail - the values of the parent issues and the values of its sub-tasks, and the report configuration - and check what is causing the mentioned inconsistency.

Hours logged under sub-task don't automatically rollover to parent (story).

if the original estimate is added at sub-task level, then you will not see this issue.

but when a time is charged in subtask's, the graph is updated and not the numeric value...
