Velocity Chart

Hello,

We are using Jira Server 8.7.1. In the middle of the Sprint, we changed our workflow. Now, after the change we have impact on velocity chart. It now shows just planned values from last sprints, but we cannot see actuals. All shows 0 value. Can you please advise how this can be fixed? Thanks!

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ , we change statuses from PBI. We implement totally new workflow with new statuses, but before the change we complete the mapping.

Is the completed status on the last column on the right of your board? The total of story points should be the sum of all ticket that are in a status mapped on the last column on the right.

A project reindex after changing the workflows is also completed. @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_
