Velocity reporting is not working.
I would like to be able to visualize the number of commits per sprint and how many tickets have been completed.
There should be tickets committed or completed in a sprint, but the graph is not displayed.
Is there some operation that needs to be done to display the graph?
Try also the Team Velocity gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. It shows the commitment for the sprint and the completed work by issue count, story points or by any other estimation field. In addition, besides the initial commitment it displays the "final" commitment (after scope change). You can also visualize work added, removed, scope change.
The gadget can also display a Data tab with details about every issue in the sprint.
This app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful.
Thank you,

Hi @kenta_yanase Welcome to the community.
To see the commitments properly, you need to ensure that all the commitments should be made before the sprint start date and all the required issues should move to the sprint before you start the sprint.
For completion, you need to ensure that the issues are completed while the sprint is running.

Thanks for the response.
I see.
It is true that the Sprint transition was not done properly.
But there are in fact commits and completion tickets.
Nevertheless, I don't understand why there are 0 commits and 0 completions.
For example, we had been working on the 7/10-7/17 sprint until today as a matter of sprint migration.
Is it possible that this could be the cause?

I understand that, but the main concern here is that the commitment should be done before the sprint start and completion should be done within the time the sprint was running. If it is not done in this way, the commitment and completion will show 0.
The example that you mentioned should not cause any issues.
