Version upgrade

Hi there. So I got a notification that I need to upgrade my JIRA version before June. Per the instructions, I need to navigate to applications then JIRA Upgrades. I do not see that option in the list. I'm using Software version 7.4.2. Am I not looking in the right place?

Audra,

  Under applications you should see Versions & Licenses.  On this page it should provide you with a link to upgrade JIRA Core.  Once Core is updated you will come back to this page to update Software and Service Desk if you are using them.

So I have to upgrade Core before I can update the Software? I do see the download button for Core v7.13.0.

You will need to start with upgrading Core.  If you are not seeing the download button you might want to check firewall rules.  Have you upgraded before and seen the link?  If you can not see it you can always download it here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download

 installed the installer and Core yet it still shows the old version. I don't get it.
