Planned and mapped tickets in activity time for a team is not visible to me, but is visible to others in the team. This is a problem with only a few teams not all.
Hi @Karthik
My name is Nataliya, and I'm a member of the marketing team. Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue.
There are two potential issues that could be causing this problem:
- if you are able to see tickets in the Left Panel, it could be an issue with Start and End Dates (not mapped for your Project).
To resolve the issue, please, follow the link: https://activitytimeline.com/how-to-setup-jira-start-end-date-custom-fields
- if you are able to see tickets in the Left Panel, but they are visible for other teams, it could be a Permission restriction.
To resolve the issue quickly, please, book a demo with our team: https://activitytimeline.com/schedule-demo
Looking forward,
Nataliya, ActivityTimeline Team
Hi @Nataliya Vasyliv_Reliex_ thanks for the response, the issue was resolved, I had filters applied to the tickets in the activity timeline which I didn't notice. As I removed the filters all the tickets were visible.
