WBS GANTT - failed to create Gantt.

We just bought and installed WBS Gantt chart for JIRA.

However when pressing to create new Gantt, either as "from project" or from "filter", we get the error message "Failed to create Gantt."

Any help please?

We have rarely seen the case and do not know what caused it. 

Could you contact our support desk with your Jira support zip? Our support team will dig into it for you.

A full restart of the server somehow did it!
