Hello, currently we are using WBS Gantt and we are struggling with particular feature. When we close a ticket as done while having the settings set to 'Use Specific Field' it doesn't update the Done Percentage at all. Can you advise if there are any other settings that need to be updated in Jira to get this working?

Initially, the box right beside the Use specific field must be flagged, as following:
After verifying the above point, WBS Gantt-Chart will use the Done statuse to edit the Percent Done field.
However, if you are still facing issues even validating this, perhaps in your project it was created the workflow manually, and even configuring the Done statuse, WBS Gantt-Chart won't recognize this status because the app use from Jira default workflows, so even if you're using Done category status, it won't configure some default paramets that Jira default workflows have in their code. As a kind information, Atlassian itself recommends creating a Jira default workflow and edit it after that in face these details.
Nevertheless, we have a workaround to solve this and update the Percent Done field to 100% to all statuses you want with an automation. If you want this workaround here it is the steps:

Thanks @Raphael Nascimento [Ricksoft Inc.] , i've gone to apps in the settings and gone to 'Issues' as i couldn't see the field 'Percent done (WBS Gantt-Chart) and its come up asking me to 'Convert WBS Gantt-Chart unique data'. I don't really understand what this will do so wondering if you can give me an overview? Also we are currently using Tempo for our time tracking. Can this be integrated with WBS Gantt for time tracking purposes?

This conversion of WBS Gantt-Chart unique data is to the WBS Gantt data to Jira fields, this way won't store your data on app's own database anymore, it is advantageous to consolidate all the information in Jira's database, so you can operate the data in Jira's standard manner (e.g. search issues with JQL, get data via Rest. Regarding to Tempo concern, it is supposed to work with time tracking smoothly, because when you log work at your issues, they will be stored at Jira in any case. However, if you face some misbehavior using WBS Gantt-Chart, we recommend raising a support ticket through our portal and sharing more details, this way we can be more assertively!
