Elaine Gamble April 16, 2018

I have over 20 tickets under an Epic and when I went to print out this Epic it did not show any of the Issues in this Epic - why?

@Elaine Gamble, where are you viewing the Epic?

For example: you should be able to print the list via the search for issues view:

  1. enter JQL, e.g. issuekey = npi-653 OR "Epic Link" = NPI-653 ORDER BY key ASC
  2. select export icon (box w/ down arrow)
  3. select print list

We were on the actual Epic ticket - there is an Export - printable option - so this was where we were trying to pull all of the tickets under that Epic.   So - I a, not sure why it is not showing any of the tickets under this Epic.  What am I doing wrong?

thanks so much!

if you are viewing the Epic issue alone then printing will not print issue contained w/in the epic. Did you attempt per my instructions above?

I did do what you suggested and it only pulled the Epic in the search are - so I went to view and I saw was printable option not "print list"  atlassian_Comm.png
