Want to use Vote field for Yes/No. Is there an option for this? Currently Votes: field just have add or remove option. Ideally adding a Yes/No to this Field. Thanks
Hey Hal,
Or you can create a custom field with Yes/No options for the user to populate.
The problem with that is that you only get one vote. If one of the users sets the field to yes or no, it is set. For any issue, the value will be empty, no or yes.
The voting "field" in Jira accepts votes from multiple users. So any one issue could have 0, 1 or thousands of votes.

Hal,
There is no way to vote 'no' on an issue.. other than just not voting. Either there is a vote or there is not a vote.
My suggestion as a workaround on this is to tag everyone that you want their opinion on in an issue and ask to vote.
You can then count the votes against those tagged in the issue. I looked through the marketplace and couldn't find a solution either.

A vote is a single flag - either you voted for the issue, or you did not.
