Warning message since I have deleted the simplified software workflow scheme

I have deleted the SSWS and since then I am receiving a warning that some of the issues will not be present.
Can you instruct for how to solve it?

I got them when going into the board settings. Talking to your colleagues I understand that this is only to warn that the filter returns issues which do not appear in the board and not that there is a problem.

For me, this is the way I want it as I wish the unmapped issues to be on another board.

So it seems it has nothing to do with me deleting the software simplified workflow scheme
