Watched Issues Gadget cannot show all watched issues

I'm currently using JIRA 7.5.2

After Adding Watched Issues Gadget to my dashboard, I found that not all issues I've watched shown in this Gadget.

Some Projects' issues are missing from this gadget, I suppose its a permission issue.

I've already granted full Voters & watchers permissions, so I'm asking about how this happens.

Hello,

If you have a look at the settings of this gadget, you will see a checkbox "Include Resolved Issues". Are you sure you enabled it? Maybe you are missing resolved issues.

The missing issues are include both resolved and unresolved issues. I'm pretty sure it was due to project permission setting because all of the missing issues belongs to two projects.
