We are using version 3.3 in SaaS model. Is there a way to upgrade the version in SaaS model?
I am afraid your question makes no sense.
If you are "using Jira in SaaS model", you usually mean you are using Cloud. Which is not on version 3.3. Jira Cloud was based on Jira 4.something and then branched out, and the real version is now utterly irrelevant to us because it is "the latest version of Cloud Jira (within the 3-5 weeks it takes us to push 'latest' out " all the time.
The other option when you say "running version 3.3 in a SaaS model" is that you have Jira Server being run by someone who has neglected to tell you that it's old and and insecure and you *really* need to upgrade it to a supported version that isn't over a decade out of date.
To get more help or advice here, we really need to know what you are actually running. Cloud (can't be 3.3) or a really old Server version. Please, log into your Jira, and click on "help -> about" and give us the version it tells you there.
Hi Nic,
Thank you for the above valuable information.
The version that is currently showing in the 'About JIRA' is "Jira Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD".
We created the JIRA account from www. atlassian. com/ software/ jira/ pricing. After going on the link, selected the 'Cloud' tab, then chose the "try now" button. In the new page, we selected '$10' option. There was no version available to select from..
Can you please let me know what can be done now?

Nothing. You have no choice of versions, you're always on the "latest"
That's the Service Desk version, not Jira which I was talking about.
The Cloud answer I gave earlier still stands - versions are utterly irrelevant to you, as upgrades are handled by Atlassian on their schedule.

But I'm not getting any option to filter the reports month-wise

That has nothing to do with upgrades. I'd suggest asking a new question if you can't find something in the software.
