We can no longer attach files larger than 7 MB

The attachment file limit is set to 200 MB but after a version upgrade we can not attach anything larger that 7 MB

Hi @Steve Beer welcome on the community. There is a configuration of attachments in Jira. Did you check it?

Hey Martin, Thanks for posting. I have looked at one and the  attachment size was already set to 200 MB but we cant get anything larger that 7 MB for some reason. I am not sure but I think it might have happened after and upgrade. happe The engineer here saisd maybe it was load balancer limitations but I don't think that is what it is.

Hi @Steve Beer can you try to "re-save" the configuration? If it won't help, I guess you will need to do some research in log files. What are the symptoms of "can not attach"? Is it some error message on the screen or can you see it in the Server log files?
