Hi Everyone,

 

we have migrated just a day before to cloud.

as an organization admin , i can see all the issues.

but lot of user's are not able to access their project issues even through they are admins.

please help us.

Hi @CHINNAMUTHEVISAI.SATYANARAYANASHARMA 

Access to projects and issues is all done with the Permission Scheme attached to the project. Just because you are a Jira Admin does not automatically give you full access to everything. You still must be in the Permission Scheme in some way. 

If the intent is for Jira Admins to be able to see the project, then add the Administrators group to the Browse Project permission in the Permission Scheme for that project.

Hi @John Funk 

 

Problem is admins are able to access all the projects.

but not project leads or admins. They are able to access them in DC Previously.

But now not able to access in Cloud

You still need to check the Permission Scheme used by that project. You can run the Permissions Helper while you are there to identify exactly why they can't see the Browse Projects permission.

In permission helper its showing user has access for it.
