We couldn't create the subtask. Check your connection, then give it another try

When i try create a subtask in a story, i'm receiving the message: "We couldn't create the subtask. Check your connection, then give it another try ", but i'm the only person with this error in my team.

i saw this solution in community:

"

1. Click on Actions from New Issue View.
2. Select See the old view.
3. Again click on Actions.
4. Select Create a sub-task.
5. The form pops up and users can successfully create Sub-tasks within the current issue.

"

But i don't find this option "See the old view".

There is another solution for this problem?

The classic (old) view is not available anymore.

Since you are on the cloud version, I would contact the Atlassian support team.

No. I don't have create substasks. For now, i just create storys like subtasks

(1 story with 5 subtasks  -> 5 storys).

It's the only solution I found.
