Link to a Jira story was created in MSExcel. Story opens but another tab opens with the error referenced below:

Do you have details of the underlying URL link that is used in MS Excel? There shouldn't be another tab unless something was configure as such underneath the link.

The URL looks fine. It doesn't look like its related to Jira. When the 2nd tab opens, what is the URL that is displayed?

Thanks. The 2nd link is definitely incorrect.
The Microsoft link sent is also strange. The link you copied shows the link twice.
Just wanted to let you know that if you use the similar hyperlink like yours in Excel...I don't see an issue. If it indeed related to the SSO connected to your JIRA instance, try the work around on the site and see if it indeed resolves you issue.
