We used to have the ability to add images to a comment for an issue.
Now, even though all the permissions are granted we still cant add any images to the the comments.
Hi @Harel Amsalem Did you check if you still have enough space for your attachments ? Are you using Jira Cloud or server ? Is there any specific plugin usage in those projects ? have seen a similar issue with QMetry for Jira
Hey,
Using Jira cloud, we do have enough space (since I can add attachments in other projects).
As for plugins they are used in all projects so I do not think they cause the problem
Thanks

Hi @edan shaham vitos ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Did u try to add an attachment to your ticket? In a comment you can link the attachment.
Are you trying to perform a copy and paste in a comment? Could you share a screenshot of your issue?

Hey Fabio,
I work with @edan shaham vitos
I have a problem with certain projects, to add images to comments.
Neither copy and pasting or through '/image and files..' works, nothing happens.
(Ironically I tried to add a screenshot to this comment here but getting an error: 'Your response must be fewer than 50000 characters' :)
Thanks
