If not then we are missing something very basic. Solving this puzzle can help us decide if we really want a plug-in for time management and incrementing iteration counters.....that aside it will help us crack the user ID issue.
iteration counters.....is a one custom field
Than you
please sugeestion me we need to any add-on
i don't know what "per function checks" means. I can certainly set the value of a custom field via a PF.
Yes for example there are 3 screens and I using one custom field time spent
Create I have mentioned 10mints in time spent field then I have to create a ticket
Second stage also same filed and I have mentioned 20mints then closed the ticket
I need to rework or reopened the ticket this screen also available same field time spent I

sorry Lokesh, I'm unable to follow you here. Post functions are actions that are applied to the transitions within a workflow. If you want to set the value of a certain field (or multiple fields) then simply add a PF for each field. Post functions happen in the background at the end of a transition and they do not offer any option for the user to enter data. However, if you are wanting to present the user with a screen to enter data during the transition then you would use a Validator and create a screen for the transition. If you want to require input of multiple fields then you would add a validator to for each but include each field on a single screen.
Again, my words may not be helping here since I'm not sure of your goals.
