We want to make a specific radio button option in a field available to only one role

We have a field Ready backlog containing options as
None - default
Yes
No

In this case we wanted to make a ready backlog field to be visible to all users and editable but, the option YES has to be only editable by specific role like administrators/product owners. 

All the other users can use the field and hover to none and no, but shouldn't be able to click yes except for the administrators in a project. We have Script Runner

You'd need a plugin or possibly a script.

I know that that Jira doesn't offer the functionality, so we have installed a plugin called Script Runner. It offers wide range of options, however I couldn't find something that would help our need here. Please suggest, is there is a way to implement this with script runner? If so, what could be the option/script, where do I need to look?
