Hi we would like to force MFA for users
We noticed that we need to have managed accounts under verify domain,
So we tried to add existing users as managed accounts and we thought we could use the "Claim accounts" features but when we clicks, it cannot claim the users
Could you suggest how to add those users into managed user to enable force MFA ?
MFA is set based on a policy.
From which domain do you want to claim accounts? From accenture, this will not be possible unless they approve the claim and provide details.
Hi @Marc - Devoteam "autox.co.th" that we would like to claim
Also, we would like to know if this is associated with organization as well? that we found that we are under "autox-servicedesk" not sure if that is the reason we cannot find any managed account with @autox.co.th under autox.co.th domain?

A claimed domain is not in any related to an Organization in relation to a JSM project?
Managed users are in a policy in Atlassian Administration is the set to MFA or SSO.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam
Once I clicked "Claim accounts" here what I saw, "no available accounts to claims
but if you see in my previous picture
autox.co.th has 66 users

All accounts are claimed then.
To setup MFA, this needs to be done in an aauthentication policy.
IF you don't have an Atlassian Guard subscription, you only have a single authentication policy.
Enabling MFA on this policy will impact all users, to have MFA setup.

No Free is no Guard Subscription.
