Web Fragment in Boards ?

Hi all,

Interested to know, can we have a web-fragment to display certain text in the boards via Scriptrunner-Fragments. It can be any simple text, to be specific I wish to display the Project lead's name. It can be anywhere on the board, and in any board, both Kanban and Scrum.
