Webhook- Comment is empty

HI

We are linking our internal tool with Jira cloud. When we add data in our tool it is reflecting in Jira but when we add a comment to the ticket in jira, this new comment should also reflect in our tool but it is not happening. Can you guys help me with it.

Hello, Good day. Have you created an outgoing webhook in Jira to send the data to the internal tool when a comment is created ?

Go to settings >> system >> Webhooks and then create a new webhook, if not done already.

@Mohanraj Thangamuthu Yes..we do have a webhook created. Not sure what was the issue but it is working now.
