Week start on Monday, not Sunday

I need to change week start from Sunday to Monday. I already enabled ISO8601 standard in Date Picker but it doesn't works. Can I changes the format?

This is not a duplicate of the linked issue above. Changing the language and time zone settings does not change the week start date in the card view on Trello
