Weird-behaviour field

Hi all

I'm having a problem with the field "Due Date".

For some reason, when trying to update this filed in a specific project - I'm getting the following error

"Somthing's gone wrong, Refresh the page and try again, ERROR: 1YJRU7M"

I verified permissions, screens..

I'd love to get any idea what to do from you guys

What type of project is it? Team-managed? Company-managed? Jira Work Management?

Also, maybe try to update the issue using the Bulk change function and see if it updates it okay.

So you got the same error when you did a bulk change for the edit??

I think I tried to add Due Date to tasks and not on Epics.

I'll look for the way doing it and keep you update

So I tried doing the change in Bulk Edit

And the field couldn't found there..

So the Due Date field does not show up when you do an Edit within Bulk change??

It that's the case, I have NEVER seen that before. That would tell me something very weird is going on with that field.  And you should open a support ticket with Atlassian.
