I'm trying to update data in excell sheet based on jira sql and get this error: 

must set field "siteId" in request

What to do?

Could you provide more context to your question otherwise nobody can answer it.

• Which actions do you follow to copy data from Jira to Excel?
• Which app do you use?
• Etc.

I am also running into the same issue when trying to use the Get Jira Data (Jira Cloud) Plugin for Microsoft Excel Online. 

It was working up until about last week. I am receiving this error: "must set field "siteId" in request" when trying to refresh Jira data for an Excel worksheet.

Does anyone know how I can force a reauthentication with Jira when using the Get Jira Data plugin for Excel Online?

I found the hamburger menu in the Jira plugin for Excel Online. the logout didn't work, but I explored the option to "Connect to Another Site" and that forced a refresh which enabled me to get new data from Jira.
