Advanced search reference - JQL fields continually refers to an SLA.  For example:

Returns issues that have an SLA that has completed at least one cycle.  What does SLA refer to?

SLA = Service Level Agreement.  SLAs come with Jira Service Desk.

Jira Service Desk is the build-in SLA tool for tickets on Help Desk Software

But in case if you need set SLA for issues for Jira Software or Core you should use third-party add-ons. Like SLA Time and Report for Jira Cloud or Time to SLA for the server version.
