What does the +1 mean next to Sprint for ticket?

I'd guess it means "this Case is in more than one sprint" but when i click the drop down I can see which other sprints it's in.

And what does the +1 mean here?

Yes, you can click +1 to get more information about this Issue in multiple sprints.

How can you tell which of the listed Sprints that Case is in?
In my drop down, none of them are differentiated (highlighted, etc.)
