What happens if a user is deleted in the synched Active Directory?

Hello all,

recently my company decided to completely delete users who left the company after 30 days of contract end. We have a direct link to our AD from JIRA.

What will happen within the issues where such users have roles assigned? Will we still see the name of the user in the issues or will the name disappear or what else will happen?

Never try to delete users, the correct choice is to disable these accounts.
