What is alternative for JSU plugin as I want to avoid cost

It depends on what functions you are using from JSU, but without knowing that, I can only give you some general suggestions as to things that may be worth a look:

And if you're happy to do some coding, other options include

• Writing your own apps that replicate the functions you are using

but it is not working. 

basically JSU plugin, we are using for validators related to date and even in post functions. 

Please suggest.  also Is JSU plugin made as paid later?

The suggested apps are not drop-in replacements.  No app directly replaces the functions of others (technically, that would be illegal, as you'd be stealing IPR)

For any replacement, you need to look at what the current app does, note which functions you want to keep and what they do, then configure the new app to do the job in its way, assuming that it has the capability to do it.
