What is the minimum users for enterprise plan

There sure are minimum user quantities, and that information is available by Googling 'jira enterprise pricing' and the very first result is a link that takes you to the Jira Pricing page which contains the answer:

My question wasnt specific to Jira but I need to post it somewhere. It doesn't mention a minimum amount on the enterprise plan page and only in each product item.

We wont have 800 in ever single billable product we use and was hoping that if you reached a certain amount across all products then you might be eligible.

Do you mean this page... the one with the Contact Sales button at the top which leads to the Contact Atlassian for Enterprise page where you can ask Atlassian directly about Enterprise pricing based on user numbers across multiple products and they'll tell you if you qualify or not and what price per annum they would charge you.
