When using Atlassian Cloud products, the “Switch to” option will display all products that the user has access to with that very same account, so it’s possible to easily switch between different Cloud products. So from the screenshot it seems like the user has access to "site-test-wr" and "williamruiz" Jira software cloud site. Hope this helps.
