When I associate the project with a new Workflow Scheme, all the issues disappeared from the backlog

The default workflow for all issues was To-Do -----> In Progress ----> Done

Then I made bespoke workflow for all the issue types in the project. Here is an example

When I tried to associate it to the project, and I mapped the current status of all issues (To Do) to Open, when I went back to the Backlog - all the issues were gone.

What could be the cause of this and how can I resolve it?

Hi @Chike Okafor

Please go to your board settings -> column section.

You can configure the mappings there.

Luckily for you, a board is just a pair of glasses to look at project(s) that hold the issues.

You have to adjust your pair of glasses (meaning you have to configure the board correctly).

Normally status "Open" is used for the backlog. In Kanban boards, configuration demands you to drag the open status in the backlog zone (columns tab in board configuration). If there is no status there, your issues appear to be missing.
