When I create a Jira issue in Microsoft Teams it shows in chat always!

When I create a Jira issue in Microsoft Teams, for a while thereafter, a tile for that issue keeps showing up in all my chat boxes (see below). Even when I switch to another chat thread/team, it is still there. Even when I delete the tile and then come back to Teams it is still there. 

This is very annoying, can you help resolve this?

So here I created testing 4 and when I open any chat I get this as a draft message I have to delete it then send my messages.....

I'm having the same issue. The only fix I have found is to quit Teams, quit from icon tray as well, and restart it. However, the issue returns when I create my next task in Jira.
