When I'm trying attach a screen shot or a document in the Comment field it throws an error

Hi Community,

When I'm trying to attach screen shot/ document like text or excel/word in the comment field it  is throwing an error. Could you please help me the work around for this issue.

Please share a screenshot of the error so we can better understand the issue. Is the issue also reproducible in the incognito mode and other browsers?

@Vishnu Vardhan Chenna, please check if you have the permission Create Attachments in the project (Project settings > Permissions). Most likely the error occurs because you do not have this permission.
