When I move an issue from one project to another, how can I move the comments as well?

I am moving issues from one project to another. The first project deals with granting access to a user. Once the access is granted, the process is finished for that kanban board. However a user can request training, which means we move the issue to another project that handles training request. We are moving all the required information of the user, but I want to also move the comments that were posted in the original issue. How do I do that?
