Hello Alexis,
There are some possible causes for this behavior:
- Can you confirm that the Epic is properly configured with a valid resolution (Not Unresolved)?
- Can you confirm that the Epic is added to a status that is mapped in the last column (the one with a green line) of the board? The board configuration only considers an issue as resolved if it is in the last column of the board:
- Can you check if there are no issues pending under the Epic?
Thanks @Petter Gonçalves,

Thanks again,
Alexis

Hello Alexis,
Can you confirm if the Epic status is not appearing to be mapped in the board settings?
Even if the Epic is not appearing on your board, the status should be available to be mapped in the board setting if it is in your backlog.

Hello Alexis,
I think I'm misunderstanding your question.
- What's the status your Epic is configured but keep passing to the next Sprint?
- You mentioned it is appearing in the backlog, but not in the Active Board itself. Can you provide us a screenshot of your backlog (hiding the issue description, summary) so we can check how it's being displayed?
- How are your swimlanes configured?
