If I create a new project and I choose scrum or kanban, the project is not loaded correctly.
Problem 1: new board not created automatically
When refreshing the page i get this: project not available
When I look at all projects, it is among all projects
When clicking on this project i still see the message project not available
After refreshing the page for a few the times finally the project is visible but not board attached.
When trying to add a new board it is not possible because jira doesnt see the project
Can someone help me?
Cheers Alfons
Hi @Alfons Mientjes ,
This is a permissions issue. After you create the project, you still need to grant access rights to it. Yes, probably even for yourself.
Although I'm natively speaking Dutch, I don't usually use Jira in Dutch - so pardon me explaining the path in English menu settings:
navigate to Project Settings > People and add your user account to one of the appropriate roles (Administrator, Developer, ...). After that, project features will appear.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the response but it does not work,
I have the right rol, but still not able to create a board.

Hi @Alfons Mientjes ,
Can you capture your project permission of Browse project permission?
Is it contain Administrator role?

Thank you Thuan, this really helped me. Indeed, I had not assigned the correct permissions in my Default software scheme. Very stupid and weird, apparently I once did something with that and adjusted things.
Problem solved.
