When i use @user in comments it shows userid, is this a jira bug or is it something in the settings?

Hi all, I have this problem after a migration from cloud to server: on cloud mentions were correctly rendered but in the server environment I see [~accountid:xxxxxx:xxxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxxxxxxxx] on every comment and description.

I don't know what I shold do...

I hope Atlassian solve this issue

This seems to be known bug, can you please follow workaround suggested by Atlassian in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-70190.
