When migrating from Server to Cloud the Updated dates of many issues are changed

I noticed that the updated date of many issues which were migrated to the cloud using the migration assistant tool have the date of the migration as their updated date.  This is not all issues, just many of them. 

Have any of you experienced this?  Do you know why the migration tool changes the updated date for so many issues?

It was most probably a bulk action that took place as the migration was occurring.

I don't think there's any easy way of seeing what has been updated then other than to run a filter on 'updated' for that date and look at the tickets individually to see what was updated.
