So i have this kind of workflow on my project:
I add the resolution status to done (in post functions) in every transition to done :
But it doesn't work. The resolution not set to done whenever the ticket moved to done.
did i miss something here?

You have multiple transitions going to the Done status. Are you sure every transition has a post function that sets the Resolution?
And are you sure you have published your workflow? :-)

yes i did it. already added in every transition that going to Done status (5 transitions in total) in the part post function.
and published it as well john :(

Are you talking about issues that had already been moved to Done before you added the post functions?

That seems very unlikely. I have never known a post function to fail. Can you share the history of the issue after it was moved to Done?

Can you check you field configuration and check if the resolution field is not set to hidden.

Check the Field Configuration Scheme that is used on the project and then check the field configuration used by the field configuration scheme.
And check the Resolution field if it's not set to hidden there.

That can be done in the workflow as your 1st screenshot in your initial question or you can create an automation rule for this.
