I have a customer Jira sent him an access to the portal and he told to me, he did not received it. So instead of recreating is account just like a did 2 time already I would like to reset is password just like we were able to do in the pass. But on the version that we are using I did not see anything that look like reset the password
If you scroll to the bottom of your Jira instance (cloud) login page, you should see "Can't log in?" which goes tot he URL https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword?
You should be able to reset your account from there
the customer did that but he didn't received the reset password email. Can I reset this password from Jira it self.

I don't believe there's an option to reset the password for a user. Maybe the user can check his spam/junk mail folder. For the email issue, look at this - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/not-receiving-email-notifications-in-jira-cloud-779160705.html
