Where can I manage Customers and Users in the Migration Beta?

The migration fails due to customers as the destination do not have the Jira that manage them. However, I do not want them anymore but I do not see how to manage them or remove the Jira they are linked to. I have tried a lot of things, starting by user management and billing, but none have worked.

 

Any solution or even just suggestion ?
