How the Sentinel software will installed for exam?

i need quick response. i have exam today

What exactly do you mean? Are you doing an Atlassian certification exam?

If so, for me they go through PSI (who proctors these exams) and you get a PSI secure browser install file that you need to run on your local machine.

It will pretty much block everything except that browser to make sure you can't cheat.

@Dirk Ronsmans Yes i have exam after hour.  there is 2 things Sentinel Software and biometric verification. I dont know how to complete these steps.

You are starting the exam through certmetrics and being redirected to PSI right?

Normally there the site will do a check on your system and request you to install the secure browser.

A biometric verification is normally all part of the process where you need to look at the webcam, show some ID,... 

You should be able to do all the tests for PSI before hand tho so just log in to your certmetrics account and check your scheduled exam.

@Dirk Ronsmans Yes  right . The Lunch button will enable soon . So thats means all other process will complete after enabled launch button?

Normally yes :)

I do think you can start the exam 15min before the scheduled time and you can already complete those steps then.
