Where is online chat/phone support?

Where is online chat/phone support? I can't wait for email turnaround. I'm a paying customer and expect better customer service, if not I will take my business elsewhere.

You would have been given the contact details when you signed up for premium support.

If you don't have premium support, then support is done through the Service Desk (except for $10 licences, which are diverted here initially)
