Hi,
Recently Jira cloud push a new user admin UI, which is great in term of user experience.
In previous version I see how long was a invitation sent and if it has expired, but I can't find such information in new version. And I think it's very useful for daily admin job. Currently only a 'Resend invite' link show up.
For instance if an invitation expired 6 month, I might delete the user directly and save the license for other person. If the invitation just be sent 1 days, I'll keep it and wait for user sign in.
Hi @Henry and @Vicki Lea Tsang,
I've created a feature request suggesting the implementation of the same feature as we had on the old UI for User management to check if the invitation was expired.
Usually, the invitation will expire between 4 to 14 days, but we also can't see the "Created date" for the user.
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
Regards,
Angélica
Thanks Angelica.
Just feel it's not thoughtful that the latest Jira cloud version remove some very useful admin functionalities.
Cheers!
Henry

Thanks for the tickets and the responses, Angelica. I'm curious though, why this is a feature request vs a bug. It was already a feature until it went missing during the UI upgrade.
Kind regards, Vicki

Hi Vicki,
It was reported as a feature because the dev team are still implementing the new UI, so the feature is a way to let them know everything that is missing, is the best way for them to receive the feedback of the customers.

Hello Henry,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
I saw that you opened a ticket with our support related to the same question. To avoid any possible misunderstandings or miscommunication that may arise from discussing the same matter in two different platforms, let's focus on the ticket instead.

Angélica

Actually, I was looking for an answer to this question too and am sure that there will be others to follow. Might be worth having the conversation here also, so not everyone looking for this information will have to create support tickets.
I'm curious to know - do invitations no longer expire now?

Hi Vicki,
The issue is still being investigated. Once we have updates about this feature, I'll post here.
