Which field should I use to order the list of activities according to the backlog order?

The order of tasks in the backlog is achieved using the Rank field. Importantly, the task rank refers to tasks, not boards, that is, by moving the task within the backlog of one board you can have an impact on the backlog of other boards.

Hi - it depends on how you want to rank them. You can use the rank field above but we do this differently.

We created fields called prioritization and priority rank. We have a prioritized and ready as our prioritization field values - and created 1-30 in a priority rank field. This way we can easily see whats been prioritized and what rank it is (that we decided on) vs the JIRA field that auto ranks.

I created the fields but not sure where to configure them to order the backlog.
